Where do you ship?
We ship within Canada and USA.
How long will my order take to ship?
Upon placing an order, it typically takes about a week to ship. Shipments occur every Friday due to our non-town location. The lead time for larger orders (10+) fluctuates based on the season and is listed in advance.
Can I customize my order?
We provide a size guide displaying the necessary measurements for a custom harness. Please ensure accurate sizing by measuring multiple times. Customized items are non-returnable. Feel free to reach out with any queries or issues regarding your dog's optimal fitting.
Returns & Exchanges, what is the policy?
All items (EXCLUDING custom items) are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. We recommend testing the product on your dog upon arrival and contacting us within this timeframe if you require an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees for new gear.
